Life can move quickly, filled with distractions that make it hard to slow down and truly process what you’re feeling. Even when surrounded by others, it can feel lonely or frustrating when you can’t find the right words to express yourself. Counseling offers a space to pause, reflect, and be heard without judgment.
As an attuned and empathic counselor, I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My goal is to help you slow down your thoughts, uncover what may be standing in the way of your happiness, and reconnect with your values and emotions, so you can move toward greater direction, peace, and balance.
My approach involves close, yet natural, attention to both words and body language to help identify the deeper emotions and patterns that influence your life. I assist clients in recognizing and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, communication cycles, and behaviors to create healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I support adults, couples, and teens (15+) navigating anxiety, stress, communication challenges, and other emotional concerns. Drawing from multiple treatment approaches, I tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs, communication style, and readiness for change.
I believe real growth comes from balance—understanding what you need to feel grounded and building a sustainable lifestyle that supports your well-being. Becoming a counselor later in life was a deeply intentional choice, inspired by personal experiences and a strong passion for helping others recognize their inner strength and capacity for change.
