The value in collaborating with a dietitian for your nutrition needs is that registered dietitians are the only health care providers who have extensively studied food science, anatomy and physiology, and evidence-based nutrition. This training allows me to understand how foods are digested and the benefits nourishing foods provide for your body.

I provide medical nutrition therapy, collaborating with you to choose the best foods for your health, budget, and taste preferences. I strive to help my clients break free from “diet culture” and replace this with sustainable lifestyle changes. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your life and supports your goals.

Why work with a dietitian

What to Expect

A woman with glasses and wavy blonde hair sitting on a brown armchair in an office setting, holding a brochure titled 'Plan Your Meals' and smiling at another person whose back is to the camera. There is a potted plant to her left and a tall floor lamp behind her. A window with natural light is in the background.

An initial assessment allows us to understand your health status, identify your goals, and develop a collaborative plan for moving forward.

Assessment

I may request additional lab work to identify metabolic pathway dysfunctions that could contribute to disease. The results are accompanied by client education and, in some cases, supplement recommendations.

After assessments and lab work, the team at Revelations will create a personalized plan to support you in making meaningful changes. Our counselors and movement & performance exercise services are also available to complement your nutrition program, if desired.
