With over 15 years of experience in individual and family counseling, I’m committed to supporting clients through life’s challenges. Specializing in a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, grief, OCD, trauma, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and relationship counseling, I offer a holistic, client-centered approach aimed at healing and growth.

My approach emphasizes empathy, validation, and respect, fostering a therapeutic environment where my clients can confidently work toward healing, understanding, and lasting change.

Above all, I’m driven by the belief that everyone deserves to be seen and understood. My work is rooted in compassion, with the goal of helping my clients not only manage their symptoms but also lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.
