ADHD Screenings
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) screening is an initial assessment used to determine if someone exhibits common signs of ADHD. It involves answering questions about focus, attention, and behavior to see if there are patterns that might suggest ADHD. The screening can help identify if further evaluation is needed but does not give a diagnosis. It’s a simple first step to understand if ADHD might be affecting daily life.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and overcome trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy is based on the idea that traumatic memories can become "stuck" in the brain and cause ongoing emotional distress. By processing these memories with guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR aims to help individuals integrate and heal from their experiences.
