MSCP, LPC, NCC

From a young age, I have always had a big heart and a deep desire to help others, especially those who have faced struggles similar to my own. I know what it feels like when life seems overwhelming and everything feels like it’s spiraling out of control. Because of my own experiences, I understand the challenges of living with mental illness—not just in theory, but in reality. These experiences have shaped my compassion and strengthened my resolve to become a licensed professional counselor. I want to use that understanding to walk alongside others in their healing journey, offering hope, support, and the reassurance that they are not alone.

I have over four years of experience working in diverse settings such as residential treatment facilities, PHP and IOP levels of care. I specialize in working with individuals facing various and co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolarity and PTSD. My approach is person-centered and flexible, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I integrate various evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, alongside dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), to help clients build practical skills for managing overwhelming emotions, improving relationships, and navigating distressing situations. DBT blends acceptance with change, helping clients learn to be present, cope more effectively, regulate emotions, and communicate with confidence. These tools are especially helpful for individuals who struggle with intense emotions, impulsivity, or patterns of self-sabotage.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and empowered in your healing journey.
