For as long as I can remember I’ve had a passion for health and fitness. It was actually through fitness that I found an outlet from the stress and anxiety I faced during my middle school years - it helped me manage body image concerns and frustrations at school.

My passion is to help others experience the benefits that exercise, yoga and Reiki can have on the mind, body and spirit.

In addition to my responsibilities as COO, I practice Reiki and lead private and small group yoga sessions here at Revelations Counseling & Wellness. 

I’ve also studied the Chakras and hold my level 1 and 2 Reiki certifications.

I graduated from Grove City College. In my spare time I love horseback riding, being on the water and spending time with my husband, our two girls and our crazy German Shepherd.
