A Summer Program for Tweens + Teens

Through engaging, theme-based activities, participants will explore new topics each week in interactive sessions that foster growth, resilience, and self-confidence.

  • Building self-esteem, positive self-talk, and embracing strengths.

  • Learn to use art as a tool for self-expression and emotional well-being.

    *Note this week’s session will take place at:

    *Participants are required to have their own transportation to and from this location.

  • The important connection between movement, mental health, and self-worth.

    Session will be located at:

  • Practicing assertiveness, setting boundaries, following your gut, healthy communication and fundamentals of age-appropriate self-defense will be the focus.

    *Session will be led by Sam Rosenberg, Founder of Live Ready

  • Getting grounded outside, mindfulness, and confidence-building.

    *Note part of the session will be on the Rachel Carson walking trail. We will walk over to the trail as a group. It is located in walking distance of Revelations Counseling & Wellness.

Girls age 12-14
