Kim Rose
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive and encouraging environment where individuals feel safe to explore life's challenges and pursue healing, hope and meaningful relationships.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorders, grief, relationship issues, and recovery from narcissistic abuse.
I also enjoy helping individuals navigate life's many transitions, including marriage, parenting, changing family dynamics, grief and loss, relationship concerns and personal growth. My goal is to help clients create meaningful change, strengthen relationships and move toward a more fulfilling life.
My approach is integrative, compassionate, and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
For those who desire it, I welcome the thoughtful integration of Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process.
I am here to support your journey toward healing, acceptance, freedom, and lasting growth.
