Kim Rose
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and encouraging environment where individuals feel safe to explore life's challenges and pursue healing, hope and meaningful relationships.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorders, parenting challenges, grief, relationship difficulties and recovery from narcissistic abuse. While I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, I have a special passion for supporting parents and caregivers as they navigate the complexities of family life.
I also enjoy helping individuals work through life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, personal growth and the unique challenges that can arise throughout adulthood. My goal is to help clients create meaningful change, strengthen relationships and move toward a more fulfilling life.
My approach is integrative, compassionate and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. For those who desire it, I welcome the thoughtful integration of Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process.
I am here to support your journey toward healing, acceptance, freedom and lasting growth.
