Relationship counseling helps couples and families identify and resolve conflicts and improve their connections. The focus is on developing new communication skills, better understand each other’s perspectives, and learn to manage differences in a healthy manner.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and overcome trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy is based on the idea that traumatic memories can become "stuck" in the brain and cause ongoing emotional distress. By processing these memories with guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR aims to help individuals integrate and heal from their experiences.

Our counselors work with you to process emotions, gain a deeper understanding of the grieving process, and to develop effective strategies to cope with intense feelings. There are many different types of loss that could lead to feelings of grief, including but not limited to: death of a loved one or pet, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, loss of a dream or even loss of ones self.
