Stephanie Deglau
I am a licensed clinician with nearly 25 years of experience across various mental health settings, including adolescent group homes, inpatient care, community mental health, family-based services, Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), school-based therapy, and private practice.
I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming and intimidating. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment to help you make meaningful changes that enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I believe that "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step," and that even small adjustments can lead to profound growth.
My clinical background includes working with both adults and children (ages 9 and older) through individual and family therapy. I specialize in helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, with a focus on practical tools for resilience and a holistic approach to self-care.
Over the past two decades, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your path to wellness.
